Yuzu — Citrus Aroma and Versatile Uses
Yuzu is an East Asian citrus with an aroma reminiscent of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. Its sweet-and-tart character works in drinks and cooking.
A cup of yuzu tea
Put 1–2 teaspoons of KOTSAM Yuzu in a cup, add hot but not boiling water, and stir. Adjust the amount of water to taste.
In the kitchen
Drizzle 1–2 teaspoons over pancakes, or stir it into yogurt or a smoothie. Yuzu also adds a citrus accent to desserts, sauces and dressings.
